A Rolex Lady-Datejust 26 reference 179173 in two-tone stainless steel and 18k yellow gold, with a warm champagne dial set with diamond hour markers beneath a fluted yellow gold bezel. This generation introduced one of the nicest upgrades in the model's history: the hidden Jubilee clasp, which folds away invisibly beneath the links so the bracelet flows around the wrist in one unbroken line of metal. This example carries a random serial, the scrambled engraving format Rolex adopted around 2010 in place of sequential letter-prefix serials, which is why the production year cannot be read directly from the serial itself; the reference and configuration date it to around 2010.
