By accessing or using Watch Central (“Platform”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2.1 Watch Central is strictly a passive online advertising and aggregation platform only.

2.2 We:

• ›Do not buy, sell, broker, or facilitate transactions
• ›Do not act as an agent, intermediary, or escrow service
• ›Do not handle payments or hold funds
• ›Do not store, ship, or inspect goods
• ›Do not verify users, listings, or ownership

2.3 We are never a party to any transaction.

2.4 All transactions occur entirely outside the Platform and at your sole risk.

3.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watch Central owes no duty of care to any user in relation to listings, transactions, or interactions arising from the Platform.

3.2 We have no obligation to:

• ›Verify users or listings
• ›Monitor content
• ›Prevent fraud, scams, or misconduct
• ›Intervene in disputes

4.1 The Platform may display listings sourced from third-party websites.

4.2 These listings:

• ›Are automatically collected or synced
• ›May be inaccurate, outdated, duplicated, or incomplete

4.3 We make no representations or warranties regarding:

• ›Accuracy
• ›Authenticity
• ›Availability
• ›Pricing

4.4 External websites are accessed entirely at your own risk.

5.1 Users may create listings at their own discretion.

5.2 By listing, you represent and warrant that:

• ›You have legal ownership or authority to sell the item
• ›The watch is authentic and not counterfeit
• ›The watch is a luxury timepiece valued at AUD $1,500 or above
• ›The watch is located within Australia at the time of listing and sale
• ›All information provided is accurate and not misleading

5.3 Watch Central does not verify identity, ownership, authenticity, value, or location of any listing.

5A.1 The Platform is intended solely for authentic luxury watches valued above AUD $1,500 and located within Australia.

5A.2 Users acknowledge that:

• ›These restrictions exist for positioning and risk reduction only
• ›They do not constitute verification, endorsement, or assurance

6.1 You acknowledge that online marketplaces carry a high risk of fraud, scams, and misrepresentation.

6.2 By using the Platform, you agree:

• ›You assume all risk
• ›You are solely responsible for due diligence
• ›You will independently verify all information

6.3 Watch Central provides NO buyer protection, NO seller protection, and NO guarantees.

6.4 Even where listings claim to meet authenticity, value, or location requirements, Watch Central does not verify these claims and accepts no responsibility if they are false or misleading.

7.1 You agree that you do not rely on Watch Central for the accuracy, legitimacy, or safety of any listing, user, or transaction.

7.2 Any decision to transact is based solely on your own independent assessment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watch Central is not liable for:

• ›Fraud or scams
• ›Theft or loss of funds or goods
• ›Misrepresentation
• ›Counterfeit or defective items
• ›Payment disputes
• ›Non-delivery
• ›Any loss arising from user interaction

The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. We make no warranties, express or implied, including:

• ›Accuracy
• ›Reliability
• ›Availability
• ›Fitness for purpose

You are solely responsible for:

• ›Verifying identity of counterparties
• ›Authenticating watches
• ›Confirming ownership
• ›Ensuring secure payment methods

You should assume every transaction carries risk.

11.1 All listings must comply with:

• ›Genuine, authentic luxury watches only
• ›Minimum value of AUD $1,500 or greater
• ›Items must be located within Australia
• ›Seller must have legal right to sell

11.2 The following are strictly prohibited:

• ›Counterfeit, replica, or fake watches
• ›Stolen or unlawfully obtained goods
• ›Listings below AUD $1,500
• ›Items located outside Australia
• ›Misleading or deceptive listings

11.3 Watch Central does not verify compliance. All listings are posted at the sole risk of the user.

11.4 We reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to remove listings, edit or restrict visibility, or suspend or terminate accounts — without notice and without providing a reason.

12.1 Any fees charged are for advertising services only.

12.2 All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

12.3 Payment of fees does not guarantee a sale, guarantee visibility or performance, or create any partnership or agency.

We are not responsible for:

• ›External websites
• ›Third-party content
• ›Any loss arising from third-party interactions

14.1 Watch Central excludes all liability, including:

• ›Direct loss
• ›Indirect loss
• ›Consequential loss
• ›Loss of profits, revenue, or opportunity

14.2 If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total amount paid by you to Watch Central in the previous 3 months (if any).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Watch Central, its owners, directors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

• ›Your use of the Platform
• ›Your listings or transactions
• ›Any dispute with another user
• ›Any breach of these Terms

Nothing in these Terms creates:

• ›Agency
• ›Partnership
• ›Joint venture
• ›Fiduciary relationship

We may remove listings, suspend or terminate users, or modify or discontinue the Platform at any time, without notice or liability.

18.1 Additional Marketplace Rules may apply.

18.2 Breach may result in listing removal, account suspension or termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Watch Central.
