The Must de Cartier Tank is one of the great design stories of the twentieth century: Louis Cartier's 1917 Tank silhouette, made attainable in the 1970s and worn by everyone from artists to presidents since. This reference 1615 dates to 1998 and wears the classic formula beautifully: a gold plated case with the unmistakable Tank brancards, a white dial with black Roman numerals and the subtle Cartier motif patterned through its centre, blued steel hands, and a sapphire cabochon crown. A quartz movement keeps it running without fuss. It has been fitted with a black leather artisan strap that suits the vintage character perfectly, and comes as a full set.
