A Rolex Lady-Datejust 26 reference 69173 in two-tone stainless steel and 18k yellow gold from 1984, an early example of the reference that would define the ladies' Rolex for two decades. Its black dial is a striking departure from the usual champagne, set with diamond hour markers that stand out sharply against the dark ground, framed by the fluted yellow gold bezel and carried on the Jubilee bracelet.
