For years the Oysterquartz was overlooked simply because it had a battery. Funny how things change… because now the integrated design, tiny production numbers and ridiculously over-engineered movement are exactly what sets them apart. Being the Day-Date, there’s a serious amount of gold here too. More gold than its traditional President sibling, and that sharp integrated bracelet and case giving it a completely different look on the wrist. This example is super clean throughout, factory champagne diamond dial, and just a seriously nice example of one of Rolex’s strangest and coolest experiments. ⸻…
