About this watch
Louis Cartier designed the Tank in 1917, and the Tank Louis Cartier is the version that carries his name, with its rounded brancards and classic proportions. The Extra Plate (“extra flat”) uses an ultra-thin manual-wind movement, making it one of the slimmest Tanks Cartier has produced. A circa 1980s–1990s Cartier Tank Louis Cartier Extra Plate LM 96065 in 18k yellow gold. The 23 x 30mm case is powered by the manual-wind Frédéric Piguet calibre 21. Presented in excellent condition as a full set, with two Cartier service papers and an 18ct gold deployant.
